Depending on the seasons, I cultivate two types of Oyster Mushrooms. The Lung Oyster mushrooms range from white to light brown and are better suited for the warm season. The Spopo strain of Grey Oyster Mushrooms is perfect for cultivation from September to March.

This mushroom is native to the temperate and subtropical regions of Europe, Asia, and North America. The oyster mushroom has a fine and firm flesh. With the increasing popularity of mushrooms in cuisines worldwide and their recognition for their nutritional and medicinal benefits, the cultivation of oyster-shaped mushrooms has spread globally.
